 Director of the Web / Internet program, Silicon Valley College, Assisted in developing and implementing a multimedia program in which HTML, Macromedia Director, Adobe Premiere and Photoshop were the main focus.
Performed lectures and assisted in training other instructors in using multimedia. December 95- February 1997.

Project Manager - Designer, Jones & Jones Multimedia, Designed localization of multimedia titles. Managed a team of animators, programmers, artists, and musicians. Supervised production of hybrid CD titles using Macromedia Director as authoring environment.
November 94-October 95.

Supervised and assisted in developing and implementing a multimedia title for training in cultural diversity. Managed a team of multimedia production personnel. Planned and directed video production for the project. Performed design and assisted in production. Analyzed responses and decided on changes to production.
