" As technology grows up, groups often at odds discover imperative of collaboration; we had not only created our presence in cyberspace, in this site I try to bring together the best news publications of Latin America and the U. S. with the colaboration of friend programmers , artists and editors who work together to bring you this site.

The site's look-and-feel, is the responsability of Web site manager L. Alberto Paez : "We attemp to bring the best technology offers, to achieve this, technical talents are being maximized." A combination of good design, easy to use interface and high end features (JavaScript, Shockwave) are integrated to present a solution.

"Right now we have 2 people working in the San Francisco Bay area to learn about new technologies- Look and-feel is equally crucial, so both technologists and creative directors work together solving the issues to produce the best solutions".
